1.This is a must have to remove your crank arm. It takes the crank arm off the hub effortlessly. Removes the pedal arm without even a trace of damage.

2.There are three parts to this. There is the piece that threads into the cranks and which must be carefully started so as not to cross thread it. Screw this in as far as it will go and nip it up using a spanner etc. It does not need to be tightened too much. The second piece is threaded through the centre of the first piece. Grease these threads to protect them as they are the ones most likely to strip if you overdo it. The third piece is a little cap that sits over the end of the second piece, the part that actually does the pushing.

3.Tip: Make sure to use that cap otherwise will damage your axel. Use grease and care when screwing in to avoid thread damage.
